Master Financial Modeling Through Real Practice
Our six-month intensive program starts October 2025. You'll build actual financial models from day one—no theory overload, just hands-on work with real business scenarios that matter.
Request Program DetailsWhat You'll Actually Learn
Six focused modules spread across 24 weeks. Each one builds on what came before—by month three, you're working on models that look like the real thing.
Spreadsheet Foundation Work
Weeks 1-4. Most people think they know spreadsheets. Then they see what's possible with proper structure and formulas. We start here because everything else depends on it.
Basic Financial Statements
Weeks 5-9. Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow. You'll build these from scratch multiple times until the logic feels automatic. It's repetitive on purpose.
Revenue & Cost Modeling
Weeks 10-14. This is where it starts getting interesting. How do you project revenue for a business you've never seen before? We break down the thinking process step by step.
Valuation Approaches
Weeks 15-18. DCF models, comparable analysis, and when each one makes sense. You'll build these for three different industries so you can see how context changes everything.
Scenario Analysis
Weeks 19-21. What happens if revenue drops 20%? What if costs spike? Building sensitivity tables and understanding which variables actually matter in different situations.
Integration Project
Weeks 22-24. Final three weeks. You pick an industry, get a business case, and build a complete financial model from scratch. It's challenging—and that's exactly the point.

How Progress Actually Happens
Bernadine started last September with basic Excel knowledge. By March, she was building multi-sheet models with minimal guidance. Here's roughly how that progression looked.
Month One
Everything feels overwhelming. You're learning shortcuts, fixing formula errors, and rebuilding the same exercises multiple times. That's normal.
Month Two
Formulas start clicking. You're building basic financial statements without constantly checking your notes. Small wins add up quickly here.
Month Three
You complete your first full model from a real business case. It takes longer than you'd like, but it works. This is the turning point for most people.
Month Four-Five
Building models becomes more about business logic than technical skills. You're asking better questions about assumptions and spending less time fighting with spreadsheets.
Month Six
Final project. You're working mostly independently, making judgment calls about structure and presentation. It's challenging but manageable.
Who Teaches This Program
Three instructors with different backgrounds. They all spent years building financial models professionally before teaching anyone else how to do it.

Crisanto Velarde
Lead Instructor
Spent eight years in corporate finance building models for investment decisions. He's good at explaining why certain modeling approaches work better than others in specific situations.

Solenne Kristiansen
Valuation Specialist
She worked in equity research for six years, building valuation models under tight deadlines. Solenne handles the scenario analysis modules and is particularly patient with people who struggle with the logic.

Dragan Mikhailov
Technical Instructor
Dragan handles the foundation modules. He has a background in financial systems implementation and knows every spreadsheet trick worth learning. His sessions move quickly.
Program Structure & Schedule
Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Plus Saturday morning sessions every other week for project work. It's a significant time commitment—expect to spend 12-15 hours weekly including homework.
